This was the second time in 3 years that the W General Managers had converged. Building on the theme of the meeting in 2010 of Fast Forward the theme for this meeting was Future Forward. At this meeting the W General Managers were formerly introduced to a completely new Global Brand Marketing Team.
With a super tight budget of 85,000 for the environmental portion, we were able to produce a full 3 day meeting with custom stage + backdrop, interactive elements in the public spaces, custom DJ Booth, various meeting collateral, custom moleskin notebooks, general session runway lighting, a different custom indigienous botanical scultptures on each table along with a custom take-away gift and custom graphics every where. Nothing short of a production miracle and a full all-hands-on-deck effort.
