In 2014 Starwood opened the Starwood Starlab Design Center on 38th St. and 5th Ave in New York City.

The space cover 2 floors featuring an internal, glass interconnecting staircase, a custom digital chandelier live streaming the SPG twitter feed, a frame gallery live straming Instagram content for SPG, Le Meridien, St. Regis, W Hotels and Luxury Collection and a magic mirror at the 10th reception area that shows branded video content, static branded images and additional live streaming social media.
