W Honolulu Model Room

The design for the W Honolulu Model Room was inspired by traditional Hawaiian culture, the Hawaiian island's topography and the sea. Visual cues were taken from tiki statues, lava lamps, traditional Hawaiian tattoo art, sea foam and sailboats.

The hallway ceilings were inspired by sea foam, the bed by traditional elements on sailboats, the chair by fishing nets and the carpet by traditional tribal tattoo.
